No one is allowed to mint my art nor designs as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). Wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.

I strictly prohibit usage of my art and designs for AI learning.

My prices are set up for personal use only.

Full payment after sketch aproval, will be made strictly through paypal via invoices in USD.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions, do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission.

i don't do holds.

I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable doing due to any personal reason.

If you want the commission before an exact date, please let me know in advance.

I reserve the right to post your finished commission to my socials unless specifically asked not to.

No commercial use.

Please save a copy of your adopt just in case ! You can always Contact me if a copy is needed.

You can gift or trade any of my designs whenever you want.

You can't sell them for more than the worth you got them from, unless you, as the current owner, added art (personal or commisioned).

I don't authorize to modify, edit or repaint over my art designs.

You're welcome to redesign them however you please once you've purchased it and have been transferred to you. Both major and minor changes are fully ok!
